Living with the SeaFishing ist the primary source of income on Stromboli. The sea and the seasons determine the life of the fisherman. In good weather he spends the night at sea. Five men row the strong but heavy boats which have no engines. Tuna, swordfish, octopus and cuttlefish are sold in Sicily. Uncertainty about tomorrow's catch is part of a strenuous and difficult profession. | |||
