As we simply could not make up our mind we decided to award three first prices in the STROMBOLI ON-LINE year 2000 drawing and painting contest.

Benjamin is one of the students of a school class in Baton Rouge, USA. They sent us no less than six paintings and drawings of various volcanoes. Benjamin's bold use of colors, the impressive eruption column and the realistic shape of Stromboli, Sciara del Fuoco and a lava flow impressed us in particular.
