Within the crater the lava dome formed after the 1980 eruption, above it on the right Spirit Lake with all the floating wood gathered within it's northern bay and Mount Rainier in the far distance. Great day, wonderful view, and just a bit cold: Time to put a jacket on before turning to look round and round (QuickTime plugin needed for this panoramic view).
