What's it about?

This paper is thought to be a SOL unit, i.e., pupils study the paper and learn on their own; the teacher will then only calibrate or rectify all the students' ideas. The paper explains with facts and figures the weather development of the mid-latitudes, the so-called westerlies. Questions help the students to check their own level of understanding and let them find what questions are important for them.
